Our smallest range cooker, the Heritage Uno, packs a lot into its size with the potential to heat five radiators, provide plenty of hot water, and be the star of the kitchen. The Uno has an extra-large hob, a full-size oven and measures in at a slim-fit 500mm wide for easy installation in even the smallest kitchen or houseboat.
Built to Last
The Heritage Uno range cooker is hand-built, and hand finished in our workshops in Cornwall using a combination of cast iron, heavy section steel and quality ceramics for durability and high levels of heat retention. We’ve sourced components of the highest quality from the best brands like Honeywell, Bentone, Danfoss, and Sterling to ensure a long life and easy servicing.

Cooking with the Uno
Fast response, amazing heat-retention, and the benefits of cooking with indirect heat, makes cooking with the Uno a pleasure. The Heritage Uno responds quickly; from cold, it is cooking within 20 minutes, a further 10 minutes and roasting temperatures are achieved.
Cooking with the Uno
The full-size oven is a generous 500mm deep, 345mm wide, and 270mm high and can take up to six standard trays (340mm x 190mm) or three large trays. The Uno has a single extra-large hotplate with enough room for two or three average saucepans. Dedicated zones for simmering and boiling enhances the Uno’s versatility.
During the colder months, the cooker burner can be switched to ‘continuous’ for a constant background warmth in the kitchen and fast response times. In warmer weather the ‘timed mode’ on your Heritage Uno keeps things fuel and cost efficient, but still responsive.

With the ability to heat up to five average size radiators and provide plenty of hot water, the Uno is perfect for smaller heating systems and a popular choice for narrowboats and widebeams.

Heritage boilers are non-condensing but highly efficient and cost effective; especially when it comes to end-of-life replacements. Combined with a modern timer, you’ll have efficient and stress-free control of your home heating.
There are two different output high efficiency boiler models available for pairing with the Heritage Uno. The original Heritage wrapped boiler with Sterling burner is a well proven combination.
